Dave Gartland has been designing,manufacturing, repairing and custom building Exhausts and Mufflers since the mid 1990s.
Dave started his own business whilse living in the UK called Sidekick Performance Exhausts.
His exlusive custome made performance race cans (mufflers) were hand made and had no rivets holding them together. Each end cap was made from marine grade stainless steel, welded and polished to a mirror finish. Using materials like Stainless, Titanium, Carbon Fibre, and Aluminium for the body of the mufflers.All were made to be repackable and to this day many of those original pipes are still going strong.
Sidekick offered a service to repair, repack and restore any make of muffler, and with the mandrel tube bender any pipe configuation could be made.
Sidekick also designed and made a variety of accessories, like heel guards, chain guards etc.
We are excited to be able to offer the exact same service in addition to our restoration work.
